Registration

Registration is handled online via Eventbrite (link below) and costs €60. Onsite and cash payments are not allowed. The deadline for the registration is 14 April 2019 at 23:00 (CEST).

Note that to process the registration, your data will be transferred to Eventbrite. Eventbrite is a US company participating and complying with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework. Information on the Eventbrite Privacy Policy is accessible here.

Abstract Submission

When registering you will have the option of providing a title and abstract for a poster and/or a talk. Due to limited availability for talks and posters, we will select them among the ones submitted. Keep in mind that slots for contributed talks will be 20 minutes long (15 min of presentation and 5 min of questions/discussion). We will confirm whether your talk/poster has been selected by 21 April 2019.

VISA Invitation letters
